Baby Café & Pizzeria is a walk-in restaurant open 7 days a week from 7am, serving all day, offering take-away till late. Baby offers an expression of Italian cuisine where we source the best quality produce and allow it to speak for itself.
Breakfast will offer a range of seasonal juices squeezed to order, fresh and toasted Panini, breakfast pizzas, dishes from the oven and house-made pastries alongside single-origin coffee and Jonsey’s organic milk.
Our artisan pizzas are made with Caputo Molino 00 flour from Naples regarded to be the best flour for pizza. Baby will also be offering a range of specialty pan-fried and grilled pizzas which is a traditional technique our chefs from Italy have employed to create a different texture to the base and offer a lighter mouth-feel. Baby’s extensive menu also features salumi, spezzatino, pasta and a wide range of seasonal salads.
Baby’s beverages have a strong Italian focus across beers, cocktails and wines. Our list will contain some local producers with Italian varietals, but we have also gone out of our way to showcase a range of wines that express the regionality of Italy’s cool climate of the northern alps to the warm of the south.
